国内以及国外拥有大量合作机构，可进行三种类型的定购，
There are a lot of partner companies both domestically and abroad, and you can place three types of orders.
1. 原材料还原，通过国内外合作机构，购买原材料
进行制作还原。
Raw materials: we buy raw materials through domestic and international partners to copy them.
2. 如无法购买到原材料，可进行花纹绘图还原（数码印布料 进行还原外观以及花纹 无NIR 无阻燃 ）
If raw materials cannot be found, the fabric pattern can be done by using digital printing on fabric, no NIR, no flame retardant.
3. 个人定购可进行非公发外观DIY，不同季节以及保暖材料的DIY选择。
Individual orders can have changes made to the design to suit your needs as well as choose options for specific seasons including insulating materials.
4. 常服礼服同上。
The same goes for uniforms and dress.
5. 以上，均可以进行个人定制服务。
Everything mentioned above applies to individual orders.
定制流程
Order process
1. 确定需要定制的东西，留存好图片。
Save an image of what you wish to be made from the website.
2. 添加联系方式时 ，需把需要定做的东西填写验证信息。
When adding your contact information, please provide the details of your chosen items in the verification field.
3. 确定后 ，可付全款或者定金。
After confirmation, you can pay the full amount or a deposit.
4. 支付全款或者定金后进行排队。
You will be added to the queue after payment.
5. 如付定金，尾款在发货两周前，进行通知补款。
If you only pay a deposit, you will be notified to pay the remaining amount two weeks before shipment.
注意事项
Notes
1. 具体补款时间 ，以通知为准。
The specific date for the full payment will be given to you in a separate notice.
2. 东西以实物为准。
Please be aware actual products may vary slightly from originals.
3. 下单后不进行退款，若遇补尾款时间无法进行补款，第一次调整发货和补尾款时间，调整后为第二次 ，如遇第二次无法补款，视为自动放弃，定金回收 不进行退款，所预定材料准备其他人使用。
No refunds can be issued after an order is placed. If you fail to pay the remaining money by the due date, the shipping and payment deadline will be adjusted once. After this adjustment, any subsequent failures to pay the remaining money will be considered as an automatic cancellation of the order. The deposit will be forfeit and no refund will be issued; reserved materials and fabrics will be allocated for other customers.
4. 如补尾款时间联系不上定购人，参考上条。
If the customer cannot be reached by the due date please refer to the previous point.
5. 凡通过添加联系方式进行的定购， 以上注意事项 视为已告知。
